It's called the Dungeon Annual... but isn't confirmed yet. :P

I have a feeling that any Scales of War hardback might be separate than the Annual. And Just have, say the best 6 or 8 adventures from Dungeon that aren't from the Scales of War.

SoW would likely be more like the first adventure path hardback that Paizo put out - Erratta'ed and minor expansions done where necessary.
