| #1doomwhFeb 15, 2009 18:08:03 | Will WOTC be releasing power cards for my beloved swordmage? There doesn't appear to be any listed on the 2009 calander. Are all the world specific classes going to be ignored in this manner? Will they available online as a pdf or will they be released after 2009? Just curious, it looks like they would try to support each class consistently , but with it just being in a world source book I'm not sure. |

| #4brainstemFeb 15, 2009 20:52:42 | So that's nice. One could then use the Swordmage without purchasing the FRCG? I think it's a good move on Wizards' part, as we still have to pay something, but we also don't need to shell over all that cash for a book that we don't want all of the fluff from. |

Well I guess you could. You'd have to get the basic stuff like skills and weapon proficiencies from the LFR pre-release swordmage info. However you would be missing all of the feats for swordmages. Additionally, you would be lacking some of the info for the swordmage paragon paths. Using the Compendium or Character Builder would probably be an easier option. |

Martial Power cards are coming out in May. Amazon doesn't have the Arcane Power cards listed yet. |

Will you be able to use pencils or markers on them(for modifiers and temporary info), or will they just reprint the powers and flavor? Thanks for the replies! |
