No, you're not missing anything.  The Ki Foci will bein a forthcoming article.  The date of that article is unknown as the Ki Foci are not finished.  Mike Mearls (the class dev) said in the interim allow players to use weapon enchantments that are Weapon: Any to enchant their foci. No word on the multiclass feat, but it will likely see the light of day in the future.  No Hybrid class, but that is unlikely to be released before the PHB3 is released with the full official non-playtest Hybrid rules.
#5 Orcboss Sep 26, 2009 9:28:38	I can see using Weapon: Any enhancements.  Makes sense enough. For you guys looking at a MC feat, how about this?  Pick an Assassin skill for training and gain either 1) apply a shroud as an encounter power or 2) shadow form (or whatever the name is) as a daily power.
