Hey guys,

First, I know it's a bit odd putting this post here, but this is my favorite sub-forum to check, and I wanted to share the Podcast with likeminded people.

Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know about The Power Source; it's a new 4E Podcast that I'm putting on. We're also a part of d20 Radio, if you know it. A big part of the show is discussing New and Rumors ... and Future Releases (See? It fits here!) Obviously, it's a Podcast, so the only thing you have to lose is a bit of time if you don't like the rantings of me and Scott.

You can find us at www.powersourcepodcast.com and get the RSS feed there. Or you could just look us up in iTunes under "The Power Source." Then, let us know what you think at powersourcepodcast@gmail.com , so that we can fix all of the glaring problems with the show.

So, to keep this relevant, and because I know some of you are listeners already, Scott and I want to know what genres you want us to discuss in our future Primal Worlds segments. November is already decided, of course (We'd have to be crazy not to plan that far in advance), but December and onward is wide open.

Let us know either here or via our e-mail and we'll try to get that genre into the show as soon as possible. Remember, The Power Source is powered by you, so you can send us questions, comments, angry tirades, or bumpers (as described on the show). We'll be glad to get them and play them on the show.

Thanks again!

I don't have any questions, but I do want to commend you guys on the show. I love it! Unfortunately, I've been a week behind on it since week 1, which is sad, considering it's only been 3 weeks so far...

I'll try to interact with you guys at some point. Just know that you have fans out there who really like the show. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! I'm glad you like it!

Also, we have a new episode out tonight: #4 The Power Source - Reinforcing The Stereotype. Check it out! Also, after you listen, you should go download the encounter I wrote for "Moonlit Reflections." (The adventure arc I talked about in Martial Practices.)

This was a fun episode. We actually have some surprises for next week too, so make sure you listen in.

Have a good week gaming!

I'm not sure, but I don't think this is the forum for this...

...mind you, I'm not sure where you'd put it. But still. But hey, nice show. Glad to have you.

Great show! I was wondering if you guys could talk a bit about running and playing in urban games. To define that, not the tour de realms type game. But one where you stay in one city for the entire core of the game, maybe only leaving every so often for a small quest. I'm trying to do this for my next campaign, but I can forsee a little difficulty.

Yeah, Scott's at work right now.

If you follow the link to iTunes or our RSS feed, the new episode is there. If you'd rather wait for the site, that's fine too. Scott'll have that up later tonight.

Sorry for the confusion!

I find you everywhere!

You guys should start a group here like all the cool podcasts are doing!

And as you've asked for it in this thread, I would love to hear a Primal Worlds series on how to make Dungeon Delves more than just combat. ie. Taking the premise of regular trips in to one or a series of dungeons but making it into a full campaign option rather than just one part of it.

Thanks

Well, I suppose I should announce this again. We do have a group here on the forums; people just weren't interested in joining when we first started. It hasn't been updated for that reason, but if I see members coming in, I'll be sure to make it interesting enough to warrent membership.

Check it out. It's "The Power Source," as you might have guessed. Anyone can join, so I'll see you there!

I've got to day, you two have a very nice podcast. In one of your previous podcasts, you mentioned that the personal preferences of your hosts compliment each other, and I must say I completly agree.

If there is one problem that I have with the podcast it is that the segment transitions seem to be significantly louder than the actual segments themselves, and although this is fine when you are listening on your computer, actually listening on a iPod it is a bit jarring.

Well, look at that!

We have "#8 The Power Source - Centered Breath Weapon" bouncing around the battlefield with its frightening presence active. As always, go check it out on the site, and let us know what you think.

This time we talk the Battlemind, the Monk, and Metalic Dragons. We also continue our discussion of Primal Campaigns with the addition of villains.

You can send us your comments, segments, bumpers, or questions at powersourcepodcast@gmail.com , just like normal. Why? Because we like ... them.

Thanks again for your participation!

Thank you very much, it is a lot better. Admittedly, the "on the in Psion" bumper is still a little loud, but it was the worst of the bunch of them, the old one was akin to an explosion happening inside my head.Embarassed

Hi Fellow D&D-ers,

Missing the old DnD Podcast? Wishing for some insight into 4E D&D from a designing point of view? If so, join us on this week's The Power Source. "#12 The Power Source - Hate ... In A Good Way" is now available for download from iTunes, so go check it out.

This week, our guest host is none other than Dave Noonan, who used to work for WotC until last year. Not surprisingly, he still has plenty of good advice. This week, we discuss The Plane Below, the new class The Ardent, and Villains for your Underdark Campaign!

As always, you can visit our site www.powersourcepodcast.com to get to our forums and Show Notes. Please also feel free to send us questions, comments, segments, and bumpers for the show! We sure appriciate everyone who contributed to our most recent show. Dave and I found the questions to be right on the mark. So thanks!

As always, let us know what you think! And enjoy!

Well, here we are in a new year ... but The Power Source isn't ... yet.

The newest episode "#13 The Power Source - Remember To Eat Your Martial Practices Cereal" is up ... and it's not just a crummy commercial. Join Dustin and myself as we discuss D&D Experience, Swordmages, and share An Underdark Christmas!

As always, you can pick up the episode on iTunes or www.powersourcepodcast.com . Of course, be sending us your questions, comments, segments, and bumpers to powersourcepodcast@gmail.com . We love them!

We can't wait to start the Primal Worlds topic for January, so stay tuned! And thanks to all those who participated in this week's (er ... last week's) episode!
