| #1pogminkyNov 16, 2009 5:54:27 | There seems to be a whole bunch of great sounding titles coming our way over the next year, which ones are you most psycked over? I'm really looking forward to the Plane Below, the location and race splatbooks, the MM3 and the Underdark book. |
| #2lizardmageNov 16, 2009 6:10:16 | MM3, Draconomicon 3, Primal Power 2, Underdark, Plane Below, and PH3 |
| #3sallaNov 16, 2009 13:52:00 | Of the stuff that I know of that's coming out, PH3 and Martial Power 2. I can't remember anything else that really snagged my attention. |
| #4thescalesoffateNov 16, 2009 16:50:09 | PH3 and MP2 for sure. I can't wait to see what sorts of goodies they have in store for us! =D |
| #5tai_saitouNov 16, 2009 17:23:46 | PHB3 But, if we aren't limited to things we know for sure are coming then...Necromancers. |
| #6ZanderKreeganNov 16, 2009 17:32:14 | PHB3, MP2, and maybe the Dragonborn thing. If you include tentative ones, like AP2, then count that in. And maybe DP2 and PP2 |
| #7Duke5150Nov 16, 2009 20:19:11 | 4e darksun. Thats #1 for me. Everything, really. But out of everything, the phb3 and psionic power are the books I most want. I want more info on 4e psionics so I can work them into my games, completely. |
| #8ah_plaguedNov 16, 2009 21:12:59 | In order of excitement? Underdark Monster Manual 3 Plane Below Demonomicon |
| #9Silver_BlazeNov 16, 2009 22:32:05 | Next year is a pretty desolate year for products that I like. Besides the PHB Races books and the Dungeon Tiles Master Set, I can't say there is anything I am going to buy. |
| #10ah_stormbringerNov 17, 2009 5:35:56 | MP2 for sure and Tomb of Horrors |
| #11windmanNov 17, 2009 9:53:37 | Darksun PHB3 Martial Powers 2 Underdark |
| #12DragoncatNov 17, 2009 9:59:50 | Psionics! Power over energy, over matter, time, the mind, the body, dimensions, angles, electricity, architecture, the partridge family, emotions, billiard balls, paper mache, office supplies, gorgonopsids, vegetables, fashion design, shoestring, tiki idols, mandalas, bells, whistles, fruit drinks, and, for some reason especially, crystals. .....I'm sorry about those. Nonetheless, as a psionicist, I'm pimp as hell! |
| #13maulinNov 17, 2009 16:00:00 | The BATTLEMIND!! |
| #14guangDec 12, 2009 9:47:28 | 1. Muls 2. Kobolds 3. Other Dark Sun material 4. More races and classes - I'm picky, so like to have a large selection to choose from. 5. Elemental Power Source. Hoping for becoming a low-level primordial as an Epic Destiny too. 6. Hammerfast 7. How about a description of exactly how far apart and in which direction Elsir Vale is to Nentir Vale? Or a map containing both of them? 8. more on the economy of PoL |
| #15Cyber-DaveDec 12, 2009 12:09:34 | Dark Sun Campaign Guide PHB 3 MP 2 Plane Bellow & The Astral Sea books DMG 3 Dark Sun Creature Catalog MM 3 |

| #18thegoblinarchmageDec 13, 2009 23:16:17 | Hammerfast HS 1 HS 2 Really interested in more info coming out for Nentir Vale |
| #19sfdragonDec 14, 2009 0:23:49 | Elminster Must Die and maybe the underdark....... just wish they would not of given it a creation myth.... that god does not exist in the Realms, and if it was created by any god in the realms it would of been Guandar or what ever the Lord of Slime's name is. thats me though. |
| #20NyronusDec 14, 2009 0:42:57 | PHB3, The Underdark Book, and Dark Sun. Also, the Tomb of Horrors. |
| #21sallaDec 14, 2009 16:13:30 | PH3. Psionics and full hybrid rules? Yes please. Martial Power 2, maybe. I'd need to see what it has for the Warlord. That's about all I got. |
| #22brotherjgizmoDec 14, 2009 18:49:24 | Underdark, must see Torog MM3, must see Lolth PHB3, Monk and Wilden (yes I like them) DMG3 (the second DMG was pure gold and incredibly helpfull) Tomb of Horrors (I want to kill my friends) PP2 (Warden and Shaman love) hmmm that's what I would buy, now I would definitely oogle Dark Sun The Plane Above and the Adventures |
| #23LordofKhyberDec 15, 2009 11:50:57 | PHB/MM/DMG 3 |
| #24MarandahirDec 15, 2009 12:16:29 | PH3/4/5/etc Planar Handbooks – Plane Below, Above, Underdark, and presumably the Shadow and Feywild books that'll come later in that same series, as well as anything else that might come, like a Plane of Mirrors, a Plane of Dreams, the Far Realm, etc. Dark Sun Campaign Setting and Monster Compendium. Desperately. Race Handbooks Power Series books – especially in lieu of the stellar fluff in Primal Power. I'm hoping for more fluff in that vein for the other power sources in the next installments of the series. Open Grave was awesome. So were the Draconomicons; I want more of those types of books too. Basically, I'm open to everything. I'm less looking forward to adventure sites and adventures, because I homebrew all my places and adventures. Settings are nice though, and I particularly like the content in Dragon and Dungeon Magazines. Keep 'em coming! |
| #25ceiling_squidDec 15, 2009 12:59:29 | PH3/4/5/etc Gotta agree with you there, I love hearing more about ideas for setting cosmology. I'd also appreciate more details on planes that don't get a lot of support and only passing mention. Maybe because some of the fluff of certain things (Dreambreath Dracolich, if I rememberly correctly) references the Plane of Dreams. And the idea of a Plane of Dreams just seems really cool, as does any sort of anomalous plane that doesn't have an exact position in the axis, like Sigil. The Far Realm I can understand as being so maddening so as not to be a really visitable destination, but support for stuff connected to it would be nice, perhaps including an optional Insanity system like I've seen in other RPGs. Seeing as abberant stuff is the story focus of the PHB3, maybe we'll see something down the road, like "The Plane Beyond", or "The Plane Outside" for the Far Realm. As far as what I look forward too, also have to agree with the love for PP fluff. I'm hoping to see a bit more of that in future books, particularly Arcane Power 2, to better define that damn nebulous-yet-ubiquitous power source. Until then, I look forward to MP2. And Dark Sun for sure, I'm intrigued in settings that differ from the norm of high fantasy. Oh, and the only module I look forward to is Tomb of Horrors. Simply because this would be the first time I played -any- version of it. I hope it lives up to the legend. |
| #26grumpyceltDec 15, 2009 17:40:34 | The Astral Sea book. And of course, the dance contest. |
| #27MarandahirDec 15, 2009 19:10:39 | I look forward to more Solo Adventures like Dark Awakenings (tomorrow's article that is up already if you know the URL or can guess it). I think it's a really cool format that is not the same as D&D, but uses the D&D rules and elements to play a very different, but fun sort of game. |
| #28brotherjgizmoDec 15, 2009 19:31:29 | Can't really get it, can you give a clue? EDIT: Forget it, got it. EDIT: HAve to agree, they did a pretty awesome thing witht his article. It's lika a "choose-your-own-story" from when I was a child. |
| #29beej_silverDec 27, 2009 9:19:20 | I'm looking forward to anything and everything Dark Sun related. If that includes a huge mini of an Athasian Dragon, I'll be really really happy. XD |
