Okay, all the other books are pretty easy to figure out. Arcane Power, sure. Eberron Campaign Guide, gotcha. What is Dungeon Delve? A update of Dungeonscape maybe? Something like the Tricks & Traps (I think that's what it was called anyway....)

So yeah, if there's anybody in the know who'd like to throw me a bone, or just some conspiracy theorists who want to try and speculate their way to something interesting, I'm all for it. I've researched everywhere I could and have found nada. Just curious to see what you all know!

A D&D Adventure by David Noonan and Bill Slavicsek

Dungeon Delve provides the DM with an array of small, easy-to-run dungeons each especially designed for a night of gaming.

This book is designed for groups looking for an exciting night of monster-slaying without the prep time. It contains dozens of self-contained easy-to-run mini-dungeons, or "delves," each one crafted for a few hours of game-play.

The book includes delves for 1st- to 30th-level characters, and features dozens of iconic monsters for the heroes to battle. Dungeon Masters can run these delves as one-shot adventures or weave them into their campaign.

Key Selling Points
This book has encounters for all levels of characters, from 1st to 30th.
DMs can drop each of the mini-dungeons into their games at a moment's notice.
Based on the extremely popular "Delve" events held at gaming conventions.
Every delve is designed to use existing D&D Dungeon Tiles and D&D Miniatures.

Hardcover, 192 pages, $29.95

Huh. That's interesting. So are the dungeons going to have story elements: NPC's and events I can tie into a larger, more roleplay oriented story, do you think? I've got to imagine. If it was just a list of monsters in different rooms then it wouldn't be much more than what you get from the instant solo dungeon table in the DMG.

Then again, I'm afraid I'll buy the thing and it'll be useless from a story point of view. Our group isn't much for running prefab adventures, and certainly not into map and minis gaming.

Still it's an interesting idea. If it's anything like the list of antagonists and other areas to explore in the Thunderspire Labyrinth, then it'll be awesome. If it's like a bunch of DMG: Kobold Hall type encounters then probably not. I guess I'll take a look at it when it comes out.

It sounds promising, depending on the amount of detail provided in each "delve". As someone who only gets to play rarely and usually is looking to run a one-shot, or at least single session, adventure I like the idea of a product that says grab X minis and Y tiles and put this together to run. I'm sure if it adds one or two NPCs it should work well with minimal effort on the DM's part to setup to play for a 6-8 hour session.

As long as they aren't in the ridiculous format they used for keep on the shadowfell.

I'd like all my relevant info in one place please.
