In one of the Ravenloft threads it was confirmed there will be at least one Adventures board game in 2011.  I wonder what it will be?  Maybe a demon/devil as the Big Bad since we've already had undead and a dragon.

Everyone seems to love Ravenloft.  I'm sure making a standard system makes them easier to produce(and play).  At this point my only worry is if they will make them different enough to be worth purchasing all of them, but I am definitely giving the board game team the benefit of the doubt.

The next one is a wargame called Conquest of Nerath. They're probably waiting to see just how well Ravenloft and Ashardalon do before they start making more expansions to that line of games. But with the reception Ravenloft has received already, I'm betting we'll be getting some more in the future.

I think we also have to consider the law of diminishing returns. Will people want to keep buying the same boardgame with different themes? After undead and dragon themes, we've got demons, aberrations, and orcs: big enough sellers?

I'm only harshing because WotC's modus operandi is to do a couple, let fans make their own expansions, and be done with it.
