Wilden (2nd Level)?

Sorry, but I'm just not sure if I got something wrong in the update. Did anyone else see that the Wilden doesn't seem to get its racial powers until 2nd level? I find that confusing. Why in the world would the Wilden be gimped for one level? It just seems silly.

If that isn't what it means, what do the "(2nd Level)" notations mean?

To be clear, I'm not so much complaining as I am confused. Was this changed from part of the feedback for the race? ... Maybe it'll be explained in an article later. Any ideas in the meantime?

Thanks!

Almost certainly an error.  There was name errors for the Monk powers in the Compendium as well -- they are listed by the (attack technique), despite the fact that the (movement technique) is included.

LOL! Tongue out

I guess I could have just made one myself! Thanks! I guess I just assumed that the builder's text had it right. Wierd, though. I wonder if they were considering that before.

In that case, the only thing that appears to have changed is the persuit of the hunter power, which no longer triggers on a shift, and only relieves you of the target's cover or concealment (not your allies also). Interesting, but, on the whole, not really that exciting of changes.

Oh well, I guess they got it right the first time. I wish they would have done like the Githzerai and put feats and a Paragon Path into it, though.

Thanks for the input!
