if I remeber right (and I can be wrong), is a pos-apocaliptic setting with some novels. But off course, its not the 2010 setting. Or never will be. Have too much sexual content to be a wizards setting.

Something about hermaphrodite tribes and something, I guess:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wraeththu

There's a double-'th' in there that the OP left out.

I think this thread is just the OP's way of waving his or her proverbial "freak-flag".

Incidentally, I still think it's gonna be Gamma World in 2010.

Well i guess we need away to drag in the well drag queen/goth crowd and the anime/manga fans. Great there goes the neighborhood, and religion thought D&D was evil before wait till the get a hold of this. I can see the headlines on FOX now, D&D, Once causing our children to worship demons, now making them perverts (hey its like Mass Effect).

As a person who likes anime/manga, and has hung out with the the goths (more personality than the jocks at my school at least), I can only see this book as a turn off (and I did get through several chapters before deciding deciding the weird race/cultural thing was just too far gone for me).

Man, I didn't get killer androids when I posted the entire contents of the MM3 on my Facebook page. I demand to be murdered by robots!

I apologize if I offended you. I ran into a group of people at my most recent con (Megacon in Orlando florida) who were playing Wraethu (or what ever the heck it is) and they were just that bizzare goth/anime crowd, actually about 40% of the con was like that which quite depressed me. I have nothing against anime, its just that some fans are, well a pain in the *****, especially the furries, who also were in on the game. Yes goth are preferable to the jocks, but the band and theater group are even more fun, best group to D&D with ever.

Also this is the campaign setting for 2010

I'm the 2012 campaign setting.

Rules for playing as Catgirls, Wookies, Spess Marines, and Quadruple-Blade Rangers are in the Player's Guide, while the CS has rules for exploring 4chan.

Well I have an inside source that says Twilight will be the 2010 setting and that WotC is buying out WW and will release a new set of D&D books to reboot the WoD setting yet again as well as add in Street Fighter and Scion.
