.NET Framework 4.0

Nov 17, 2009 11:51:22		I cannot get .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 to install on my computer.  Don't bother posting links to sites to help me do that; I have been down that road many a time.  My registry is corrupted or something along those lines.  I have, however, been able to install .NET Framework 4.0 on my machine.  CB and Adv Tools still bomb out.  Since these programs don't give errors, I have to conclude it's because they're still looking for 3.5. 

Has anyone been able to get these programs to work with .NET Framework 4.0?  Is WOTC planning to update these programs to work with 4.0 (which is a heckuva lot easier to install than 3.5)?

Nov 30, 2009 7:42:25 		Actually, all versions of .NET since 2 have been somewhat cummulative.  That is, features that haven't been changed remain at the previous version.

Seems that your only choice is a full OS re-install.
