When I try to open through character builder, I get a message 'Invalid portrait file'. When I try to open from file explorer (using windows picture explorer), I get a message 'no preview available'. When I try to open through IE, i get a message 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled'. My backup program can't back up the files. anyone have any suggestions? Follow up note... I tried reinstalling the tool (uninstalled it, deleted all files, rebooted the system, reinstalled it), and it still has the same issue. Anyone have this problem? I'm on XP.
