1152: Error extracting

Feb 03, 2009 12:31:49		I would have posted this in the main installation error thread, but the link provided in the sticky doesn't work for me.

As I install the Character Builder demo, I keep having an error. Similar error messages occur, stuff like:

1152: Error extracting
C: [...] \Local\Temp\{1B318DC
Builder.msi to the temporary location

and

1152: Error extracting
C: [...] \Local\Temp\{0DC2A00
Builder.msi to the temporary location


Does anybody know what this means, or how I can resolve this error?

Sep 23, 2010 14:43:59 		I also have this problem, since formatting my hard-drive and installing windows 7. Haven't found a workaround or fix yet, and Customer Service keeps sending me to threads that don't address the problem.

EDIT: Holy crap, that was 2 years ago... I'm hoping the problem has been fixed since. >_>
