3.5e :: ToB The Book of Nine Swords :: Character Generator

I'm after a character generator for the Crusader class (which can be found in the book Tome of Battle - The Book of Nine Swords) 3.5 edition.
Any format will do - if you have a data set for e-tools that would be good, or if you have one for PCGen, or if you have anything else that helps generate a character for this class would be useful.

I've scoured the internet for resources for this expansion (Book of Nine Swords) and have found nothing.

Also, one other question, if you would be kind enough to answer - Does anyone know if the Character Builder lets you create the crusader class?
That would be another option if there is nothing else out there that does it.

Any help would be appreciated, I've tried a lot of places so I thought I'd try here too.

Secondly, unfortunately these are the 4E forums and not the 3.5e forums, those are located further below.
As to a CB for the crusader class, have you tried HeroForge?
