#1 FloLeBlanc Mar 03, 2012 4:05:05	I'd like to know if the 4th Edition Database will be released to the community after the official support of wizards on DDI ends. I'm not thinking about buying 5th atm, due to the fact that 4th hardly had time to establish. To our party the DDI Tools are rather important though and if there won't be a release of the DB after the stop of the official support I'd have to print all the magic items F.E. (writing them down from the books we own is a horrendous task with all the magic items characters get)

(writing them down from the books we own is a horrendous task with all the magic items characters get)    I seriously doubt WotC would release anything, no matter how helpful it would be to you, that might undermine sales of their newest edition unless they are somehow profiting from it. If it looks like DDI is about to die (I don't think that's the case just yet), then your best bet is to save whatever you really want to keep access to to your computer.
