| #2MarandahirMay 17, 2011 16:09:18 | WotC_Huscarl's post is up. I'm a little bit upset, but I'd rather have a correct entry than a broken one. I can't help but think this might be due to all the backlash from the Class Compendium: Templar (Cleric) article, though. That was supposed to be in today's update, just as the article came out today. But so many people are HATING on it. I personally don't have too much of an issue with it, though I'd like to know why some changes were made. If the article is going to be errata'd later on, adding some more leadery-things back into some powers, then I could see them delaying the whole Character Builder update until that is changed. On the otherhand, the Templar is already in the D&D Insider Compendium, with all the article updates. So maybe this is a fumble in the dark. Regardless, I'd rather have a good update to the Character Builder than one with kinks in it. EDIT: On second thought, it seems it's a more mechanical issue, based on what WotC_Huscarl said in the now-locked thread. Still, if updates to the Templar article happen before the final fix, I could see them entering in the updates to it. But I now doubt that's a major reason. |
