#1 guest1397518325 Mar 08, 2011 9:56:58	I'm not one for posting on forums much, but I can't find the answer to my particular problem so I thought I'd ask you guys . This may have been addressed already but I have looked around and haven't seen this anywhere else, so maybe it's just me. I went to update a character today and I noticed that an item one of the characters got isn't listed on the character builder (acrobat boots). This is strange because I added it to another character 2 weeks ago. Also, one of the characters got the gauntlets of ogre power and those aren't listed on there either. The last item is something from player's handbook 1. Am I missing something or is this stuff gone for anyone else? It looks like the list has been scaled WAY down in general when I pull up the character builder. If anyone has any advice or insight into this matter, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
#2 thespaceinvader Mar 08, 2011 10:18:25	Make sure you uncheck 'show suggested items'. That really should be unchecked by default, since the suggestions are almost invariably stupid.
#3 guest1397518325 Mar 08, 2011 17:15:06	I made sure that was unchecked. Still no change. I've noticed it's only under the magic items tab that in the shop that I am having this difficulty. There doesn't appear to be a place to uncheck the show suggested here or anything to allow me to expand on my search. Strange...
#4 salabak Mar 13, 2011 14:04:02	I just had the same problem. I went to add an item I got in game and suddenly most of the items are not listing. Items I have added previously to the same character and have equipped are not even showing up. If you found a way to fix this please post it.
#5 astriemer Mar 19, 2011 15:31:37	My friend and I noticed that on his account he can't see anything that isn't in the essentials, for lack of a better description, he can see most of the weapons and armors however. While my account can see everything. Not sure why this is. We walk through the same clicks and I see all the magic items and he doesn't. From brand new characters as well as from existing ones. We even tried his account on my computer to see if it was something with his computer and we got the same results so it is something that is account related as on my computer with my account I see all magic items but on my computer with his account I see only the limited selection. just FYI if the developers want the account names I can send them for testing purposes, just contact me and I'll let you know which they are.
