"PageTracker is undefined" error when trying to log in

I recently bought an Insider subscription but I've been unable to sign in to the tools at all. Whenever I click the "sign in" button, the page itself just doesn't respond at all. I've tried this across all 5 the major browsers on my PC (Windows 7 system), and also tried it on an older computer running XP, with no luck except for it briefly working on Firefox the first time I tried - as soon as I tried running Character Builder, something updated on my system, and now the XP machine doesn't work either.

I checked my browser consoles, and found that, whenever I click the "sign in" button, the following error is generated:

"Javascript Error: TypeError: PageTracker is undefined."

There's clearly a compatibility issue somewhere between the insider tools sign in system and some more recent component of either HTML5 or some browser add-in - whatever it is though, I've been unable to figure out what it is.

The most frustrating part is that I think 4e is a really good system. I avoided it initially because of all the errata and teething issues, but now that it is "complete", so to speak, I'm really keen to get into it. So I thought I'd give the essentials books and Insider a try and see how it goes. At this point I'm a week into my initial one month subscription, and I've yet to be able to access any content.

Anybody able to offer advice or insight into this?

Mine is working again, but I feel we all should get a partial Refund.
