"Up to date!" demo??

I just renewed my subscription, un-installed and re-installed my Character Builder. I downloaded the free version and then "successfully" updated my Character Builder. Then, I use it and it is still in the demo version.

It swears that it is up to date, but it is obviously not. Help?

Oct 24, 2010 0:14:09 		I can't even get so far as to update in the first place.  I bought my subscription yesterday, installed CB, it says "No Update Available" upon first load.  Under "Up to date!" it says "The update server could not be accessed."  Now I'm just a lay person, but it sounds to me like I'm not even managing to connect to the update server to see the update.

It really irks me because CB is the only reason I paid my ten bucks.

Oh, and installing the Adventure Tools, I DO get the update button, and it downloads until there's a full green bar, but then it just hangs there forever.
