"vs. ___ (unarmed)" Attack powers not calculating damage right?

I've noticed that some Fighter powers, such as Slamming Rush and Bareknuckle Rebuke, have "(unarmed)" at the end of the Attack line.

Reading around I get the impression that means the attack should be an unarmed attack, using my character's unarmed attack bonuses/stats, but the power breakdowns generated are basing the attack off my equipt weapon.

Have I misunderstood the "(unarmed)" notation or is this a character builder bug?

We were playing on saturday and noticed the same thing on all the Monk attacks. If we understood correctly the monk should have a +3 proficiency bonus on unarmed attacks, but it wasn't calculated into any of the attacks.

@Paukku - The Monks attacks are all Implement attacks and not Weapon attacks. Implement attacks do not get proficiency bonuses. The only thing the monks unarmed attack is good for is making basic melee attacks.

@Errant - The CB always figures things for weapons in hand. You can easily just right click on the card and choose Customize and uncheck any weapon listed other than Unarmed.

Thanks Paukku and Mithreinmaethor, I was looking at it in the Build/Power Selection mode wondering why it gave me weapon damage for the unarmed attack.

Now I'm reassured and know how to alter the character sheet view of the power so I can work around it, that'll make things easier.
