"You do not have access to this application"

Aug 03, 2009 16:37:45		I get this message when I try to install the update on the character builder.

I looked at the stickied thread and it looks like this is different.

I set up my account yesterday with a pay plan.

Was I supposed to take a longer pay plan to get "ACCESS"?

Or maybe there is something I am supposed to do to unlock this thing?
