I've been able to download DDI quite well, updating my beta of the Character Builder and browsing back issues.
Today... nada. I can't look at new articles or articles I looked at yesterday.

Logged-out (site and forum), closed browser, logged back in with identical results.
Has anyone else had this?
Once again, all I can suggest is going through CS. I suspect that it *might* be related to the problems you had trying to subscribe through PayPal, but that is a complete WAG on my part.
This problem fixed itself/went away later that day. I figured it would and was just a screwy glitch.
But I wanted to document it, in case it popped-up again or became more common.
