- Move the Ashen Crown components (+2 Ashurta's Blade, Karruuk's Circlet, Lurtaan's Cord, Zaarani's Solitaire, and Murkoorak's Orb) from being Level 10 Magic Items to being Artifacts. For a few reasons: First, they're artifacts, not magic items, they have concordance scores, they have no given levels in Seekers of the Ashen Crown, they can't be destroyed and they can't be recreated. Second, they're a touch powerful, as well as complicated and (more importantly) they're based on lower level magic items: Ashurta's Blade, for instance, is a Byeshk weapon (level 8) with extra abilities, and of course a concordance score.
- Add Concordance Score data to the artifact section of the character builder.
- Add Ritual Cards to the character builder. I think if a player could quickly skim through their rituals as easily as their powers, it would greatly enhance the ease of ritual casting in general.
- Add a function where I can increase the quantity of a custom inventory item. In my campaigns, I use custom ritual components--which means a player has 300+ of them in their inventory. If they want to increase this quantity... they have no options, since there's no way to INCREASE a custom named item.
- Having the ability to right click on an inventory item and buy more, not just increase quantity, would not go amiss either. Running low on rations? Right click and buy more, rather than navigate. This is only a secondary benefit to the ability to increase custom items.
- Improve ability to house rule custom items. If I distribute a campaign setting document to people to use in their character builders, it would be nice if I could have something appear--even under their 'Adventuring Gear' menu--for them to browse, read the description of, and purchase.
- Remove deities and alignments deemed 'house ruled' by the campaign settings file. As it stands, when I eliminate, say, all non-Eberron gods from my campaign setting document, or eliminate evil and chaotic evil, it still provides the option for the player to select from. Adding the 'House Rule' marker to non-allowed deities was an improvement, but still has the problem of creating a MASSIVE list (that is going to grow with Dark Sun and future campaign settings) of unnecessary data. This isn't a problem for alignments (which are only a side benefit to fixing deities), but for deities this means a lot of scrolling, a LOT of scrolling, to sift through all of the deities to find the ones you can use. For my players, who like to read the descriptions of each allowed deity before choosing one, this is a pain, and they often just pick one of the first ones they see rather than scroll.
- Add an Eberron specific campaign setting file by default, so I can simply tell a player to use that file for their campaign setting information, and not have other deities/backgrounds appear. Similarly, add a Dark Sun specific campaign setting file by default when that setting comes out.
- Add the ability to turn an Adventurer's Kit into its base components, or when you buy it simply have it buy the base components by default. When a character sheet reads simply Adventurer's Kit, it's impossible to tell what that includes without looking it up or memorizing. Even though having an Adventurer's Kit item is a great attempt at being player-friendly, having to individually buy those items one by one if I want them to appear on my character sheet is not.
- Add the ability to buy individual trail rations. We can buy individual journeybreads, after all.
