A Few Suggestions for the Character Builder

So, I really enjoy using the character builder.  In addition to being handy for games, it's fun to play around with.  But there are a couple of suggestions I'd like to make.  Since I can't find a Feedback link, I'm putting my suggestions here:

Customizable Restrictions on Buying and Rarity:  As of the latest update, I've noticed that you can't buy Uncommon or Rare items.  You can still add them to your inventory, as you might if you found it, but you can't buy it.

While I understand that in the "default" D&D setting you're unlikely to find Uncommon and Rare items just lying around in the store, I would like to see an option to toggle what level of Rarity you're allowed to buy.  This would be useful both for high-magic settings, where the more sophisticated and powerful items ARE readily available, and for creating characters of higher levels, where the money on hand is really an abstraction of the accumulated junk you've picked up adventuring so far, rather literal cash in hand.  I mean, yeah, there's a work-around in that you can add the item and then manually change your cash on hand, but it's a pain the butt and I keep making mistakes in the arithmetic.

Sorting/Filtering Options Under Classes, Possibly Races:  This is one I've wanted to see for a while.  Currently, the character builder displays all classes, sorted first by where published, second by name.  This is arguably the least useful sort imaginable, especially when I can just go into Campaign Settings under the Manage tab and eliminate sources I don't want.

I would love to have the ability to sort classes by at least Role and Power Source, and maybe a couple of other dimensions, like key abilities or something.  For example, if you know you need a Controller for this weekends game, it'd be nice to be able to put those classes all together on the list, so they're all easy to see when making your decision.  Or if you're in a low-magic campaign, and you're restricted to martial classes, it'd be nice to sort by power source, all the martial classes are in one place.  A simliar sorting ability for races would also be nice (so you could see all the fey races at once, or all the small ones).

Better Support for Homebrew:  This is perhaps the hardest to implement, but it'd be nice to be able to put more detail into homebrew elements.  Right now, if I have a custom element, pretty much all I can put in is the name.  It would be nice to be able to, for example, designate which domains my custom deity has access to, or specify the racial bonuses my homebrew race gives.  I realize that this gets especially complicated when you have custom powers or conditional bonuses, or things interact with other things in weird ways, but it would be nice to be able to flesh things out at least a little

Re: Filtering
I made a few spreadsheets of Classes by Role, Classes by Relevant Ability Scores and Races by Ability Scores (I could probably do this better, but I'm useless with Excel. I might try making a sortable one when I'm not busy). They do the job, but I admit that it would be easier if the CB allowed this kind of sorting.
