A small data discrepancy between the Shadar Kai article in Dragon 372 and the Character Builder

Recently, my human warlock character reached Level 12 Cool and I searched through my CB list of feats to decide what to acquire.   I saw a feat called "Reaper's Choice" that said I could use my warlock, at-will, ranged powers as melee touch powers thus avoiding provoking opportunity attacks when I was threatened by enemies adjacent to me.   The reference to this feat was in Dragon issue 372 but something in the back of my mind suggested that I might want to print the article just in case my DM began asking questions about this new feat.

When I saw the title of the article, my heart skipped a beat as I realized that I would have had to have been a shade or a shadar-kai in order to use such a feat, and thus, CB ought to have seen that my mere human warlock should not have been offered the Reaper's Touch feat.

I chose the feat "Quick Draw" instead.

Oh, yes, and "Adventurer's Vault 2" has something even nicer.

"Razordark Bracers"......just the thing for warlocks who are swept into melee combat.

don't know how it appears in the issue (site is down) but for the compendium (supposedly get up to date) - the requirements are listed as: Prerequisite: Invoker, sorcerer, warlock, or wizard class

no mention of race

It has been updated to Shadar-kai as a race requirement in the Dragon Magazine Annual.  It will most likely be in the update in October to the CB and the Compendium
