On page 112 of "The Adventurer's Vault", under the heading of "Wand of Radiance", the property states that the Level 13 or Level 18 Wand of Radiance confers a +2 item bonus to damage when the wand is used to attack with powers that have the implement and radiant keywords.

However, both the Data Compendium's entry for Wand of Radiance and the Character Builder's entry for Wand of Radiance state that only a +1 item bonus to damage rolls is given when this wand is used to attack with powers that have the implement and radiant keywords, irregardless of the level of the wand.

Which source has the correct information?

by the way, I have posted a similar thread in the Adventurer's Vault errata forum.

Hard to say exactly where the fault seems to lie.
