| #1ReinhartJul 26, 2011 13:29:38 | Yesterday I received e-mail notice that my subscription had expired, although I had renewed it only a month earlier. Today I find I can log into D&Di but that I can't access any of the D&Di features. I'm sorry to post this in a public forum, but I've tried contacting Customer Service about this, and I get a"400 Error" for a wrong URL with the link that your website and FAQ provides. In the past year I've gotten these types of e-mails sporadically, so Customer Service generally contacts me afterward to tell me to ignore them. I'm hoping you'll correct this, permanently, in short time. |
| #2ReinhartJul 27, 2011 0:21:45 | I have not recieved any communication or correction yet concerning my problem. I'm still getting error messages from your customer service site and I am unable to access the services I have paid for. I understand that sometimes there are technical difficulties, but I would at least like to know whether the problem is being addressed and an estimate about when service might be restored. I'll be calling customer service during work-hours if I get no response in the next 12 hours. |

If so, then you want to go to the thread here (community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/758... ) and post in the thread. An ORC should get back to you within 48 hours in order to resolve the problem with you getting access to the WotC help page. |
| #4ReinhartJul 27, 2011 1:13:53 | Correct, Mudbunny. I've tried reseting all of my browser data and using several different browsers, but everytime I click on a link to submit a question I get:Bad Request - Invalid URLHTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid. |
| #5mudbunnyJul 27, 2011 11:13:37 | It's not something with your browser. It is a problem with your account. It's nothing that you can fix, but something that has to be changed on the side of WotC. (And no, it is not something that could automatically be done with a script.) Read the initial post in the thread, and post in it. YOu *should* get a response in the thread within a couple of days. If not, poke me (in this thread or by PM) and I will poke someone at WotC. |
| #6ReinhartJul 27, 2011 11:23:01 | Thanks again, mudbunny. ORC_Ghost was able to fix the Customer Service aspect of my account pretty quickly. I'm looking forward to CS fixing the rest. |
