#1 bazard Jun 04, 2009 4:59:36	First off I will say that I think this thread isn't in the right forum but I can't seem to find any other appropriate forum to get the kind of help I need. What's more I appreciate my question is more to do with my account and not so much with D&Di itself, but for lack of any decent tech help e-mail I can use and with only really the option of some US based land line (I'm from the UK so I'm not willing to call it and get shafted) and a sort of help database with loads of generic, none specific questions I'm pretty much snookered. So here's the problem. I signed up for a wizards account and then upgraded for 3 months of D&Di, however for some strange reason every 2 or so days my password seems to stop working and I get an error message telling me my login details are incorrect. Then I have to go through the whole process of reseting my password. It's a bit annoying. Has anyone else had this problem? If so did you resolve it, and how?
#2 seTiny Jun 04, 2009 6:39:53	Go through the reset password process one more time. Login and change your password. Then click the log out link. Then log back into the forums. Now your password should hold. The problem is that the session in which you are viewing the site right after you change you password is still considered temporary, and when you log out and log back in the session becomes a real session and you don't lose the password change.
