| #1Ash2DustJan 01, 2009 23:35:35 | Okay, so I'm seeing lots of threads and posts about people having weird problems doing anything to change their account. Mostly cancellations and removing auto-renew, but I think I've also read some weirdness with changing from one time-span to another. I want to upgrade from the 3-month to the year, but I want to know if there are any unusual procedures I should follow or difficulties to expect before beginning. |
| #2ORC_WyvernJan 02, 2009 12:03:36 | Hi Ash2Dust. Glad to hear you want to upgrade to a year subscription ![]() Here is the knowledge base article on how to do that: http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=150 To log into the KB, all you have to do is use your forums log in. Here is the relevant part of the KB article: Email us and let us know that you have signed up for a year or three months and would like this to be an upgrade. Email us by using the Email Us tab above. Once you click on that tab, you should see a log in screen. If you haven't used the Email Us tab before, just click on the button at the very bottom that reads create a New Login and follow the instructions. After filling in some information, you will be able to enter your request. Once you have completed that, click on the continue button below your entry. The knowledge base will attempt to answer your question by offering you a few possible solutions but please disregard, as these will not be of any help in this circumstance, make sure you click the Send Email button at the bottom. Happy gaming, and happy DDI participation to you ![]() |
| #3Ash2DustJan 02, 2009 18:31:30 | So, I should go buy the year subscription first, and then e-mail? Also, that link is just sending me to the Update User Information page, and when I click wizards Help system, I'm getting a blank page, even with refreshing. |

| #5ah_graht_dupJan 05, 2009 12:57:21 | This link to the "Answer" seems to be working. http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1504&p_created=1223942539&p_sid=U98Umanj&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9NSw1JnBfcHJvZHM9MCZwX2NhdHM9JnBfcHY9JnBfY3Y9JnBfc2VhcmNoX3R5cGU9YW5zd2Vycy5zZWFyY2hfbmwmcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD11cGdyYWRl&p_li=&p_topview=1 I purchased an annual subscription with the intent to updgrade, but the "Email Us" tab isn't working for me and the "click here" link isn't a link. Please reply with a simple email address that I can use to finish upgrading my account from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription. Thank you. |
