Add Houseruled Powers in C Builder and Sheets

I would like to see this implemented in the character builder if possible.

I am actually playing an Evil Elf Avenger, and my divinity is Shar (from Forgotten Relam btw)

The problem is that this divinity has no Channel divinity feat, so I agreed with my master to have one that works exactly as the Racial power from the Drow race (Cloud of Darkness)

The even more buy problem is that, if for the feat i can just add one houseruled feat with the description, I cannot in any case add a new power in the builder (the maximun i could reach was to swap one of my avenger powers with the houserule racila power of the drows).

It is possible to add some feature in the character builder to allow, as houseruled, to add some power instead of swapping them from the fixed number a character can have? Is also possible to add a houseruled feat that will actually modify the statistics and calcultation on the character itself (for example: if a make a new feat that add +5 to all damges, i would like to see this feat implemented on my power and damage calculations in the Character sheet)?

Thanks for the attention Wizards ^^

I don't have the CB here at work but, I believe, in the little box where it gives you your power choices at each level, in the upper right of that box is a little yellow house with a "+" sign in it. Click that and it should add power choice.

That H+ allow yo only to swar a legal power with an illegal (powers from other races/classes/feats) one, not to add another power, therefore you have to swap one of your daily/encounter/at-will for the new power.
Or yu can create a custom element, but also in that case you can add a mere description, it will not create a power card in the character sheet.

What i wanted was the option to really add an illegal power, or to create a custom element that also allow you to create a power card or modify the math behind damage and attack bonuses of powers.

You're looking at the wrong one

Look at the power choice Checklist box. There is a house there as well. When you do that, it adds a "User Choice" power.

Once you've done that, how do you get the text to print out on a power card?
