| #1zipperjonesDec 30, 2009 6:27:54 | I am having a lot of frustration when trying to add a custom paragon path to the character builder, and cannot realize the full potential of this application when trying to perform this task. I have all my path features and powers, and just need to add them to my character sheet. However, there is no option of creating from scratch a custom power card that I see (there is a blank page option, but that requires me to hand-write the info after printing). Perhaps I am missing something. When I choose to add a custom power, it doesn't give me a new power spot to add my information, it just overwrites an existing power that I had chosen. I am becoming really frustrated and I'm about to just ditch it and hand-write this information onto my character, which is kind of against the concept of using Character Builder in the first place. Has anyone else had better luck? |

Remember to save the campaign whit a custom name to avoid damaging the default ones (es. Zipper_Adventures). It now should appear in the Paragorn Path list. Note 1: it does not take into accont the prereq. It is up to you to enforce them. This is a limit of the housemade rules. Second, add and create the new powers in the powers menu. To add the slot for them, click on the H icon in the character's power list in the Power Menu. To add the power description and name, use the H in the high corner of the Power lists. You can now add the powers in the new slots. Note 2: it does not take into account the level of the powers, nor it calculate the effects automatically. BUT it give to you the power sheets. Note 3: I still have to find a way to make the features appear in the proper place in the char sheet. Is there a way to houserule them? |
