#1 P1NBACK May 03, 2010 14:39:36	Is there a way to add more powers than the assumed number of powers for a character? For example, can I give a 1st Level character TWO Encounter powers in addition to the two At-Wills and Daily you normally get at first level? Please say yes.
#2 salla May 03, 2010 14:41:36	Yes. But I'm NOT GOING TO TELL YOU HOW!  BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Just kidding. If I'm recalling correctly, when you go to the 'Powers' page, there'll be a small box in the lower-center of the page that shows what powers you've already selected.  There should be a small icon that looks like a house with an 'H' inscribed within it.  Click on the level of power you want so it gets highlighted (in this case, L1 Encounter), then click on that icon; that should get you what you want.
