Admin Privs?

Jan 02, 2009 16:59:55		I have the CB installed under XP Home. I want to be able to run it under restricted account and not an administrator account. I got an error when I did that. I then ran it under an admin account and it went fine. Here's the error message as best as I can transcribe it:

'http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/app/cbbeta' value cannot be assigned to property 'Source' of object 'System.Windows.Controls.Frame'. Error creating the web proxy specified in the 'system.net/defaultproxy' configuration section. Error at object 'System.Windows.Controls.Frame' in markup file 'WPFBuilder;Component/Mainwindow.xaml'
