It has a power called Dazzling Departure:
In the LFR adventure:
Targets enemies; each target is blinded (save ends). When slain, the faerie dragon dissolves in a burst of rainbow light.
In the monster builder:
Close blast 1; targets enemies; each target is blinded (save ends). When slain, the faerie dragon dissolves in a burst of rainbow light
I checked the monster builder because the story version is incomplete (it lacks a range and targetting ALL enemies is a bit overpowered) but a close blast 1 can't be right, right?? Shouldn't it be close burst 1??
