The application does not load. On the loading screen an error occurs stating "Unknown Error" "An unknown error has occurred. If this error persists, please restart this application."

Clicking on the details tab shows the following information:

I have tried opening the application Mozilla, Chrome, and IE. I have cleared cookies and temporary browsing data in all three both before and after attempting to access the application. I have confirmed browser and security settings to ensure that is not the conflict. I have also attempted to access the application from all three browsers, before and after clearing content and confirming settings, from two separate computers connect to two separate networks.
