#1 nekheny Dec 01, 2009 10:56:31	I just signed up for Insider, and while I'm absolutely in love with the Character Builder, I have yet to get the actual Adventure Tools to operate correctly.  It refuses to update (occasionally giving an error that the servers are down for maintenance, but I doubt they'd be down for two days straight without at least a forum announcement), and I can't even uninstall the program without getting a javascript error.  Any tips would be appreciated.
#2 nekheny Dec 04, 2009 15:16:07	I would really like some kind of resolution here if at all possible, as it seems silly that I paid for something and part of it isn't working to the point of being un-uninstallable.
#3 kharmin Dec 21, 2009 14:46:59	Remove the instance that you installed and download again from scratch?  Maybe you have a corrupted installation.  It's all I can think of; mine works just fine. /me shrugs @'s
#4 DragonsWrath Dec 24, 2009 0:18:03	Try posting the complete error message details.  Copy-paste should work They don't make those things for nothin you know!  Lots of detailed information on what crashed and what didn't is hidden in those cryptic numbers!  ;)
