#1 conantdave Sep 12, 2008 17:51:53	I'm an old-time TSR guy who has a bunch of Dragon Magazines that I've had around for a long, long time. My wife and I are looking to downsize and I recently decided to sell even my Dragon Magazines. I have a full collection from Strategic Review #1 (the Dragon before it became the Dragon) and Dragon #1 up thru 100 or so. Lots of duplicates throughout and lots of scattered issues up to around 200...again many, many duplicates of some. I have someone who is probably interested, but to be fair to both him and me, I wanted the opinion of all the experts...you...about their value. I'm interested in selling the SR1 thru Dragon 100 as a set, but the rest can be broke up in any way. Any suggestions to worth assuming the quality is say, Very Good (maybe 7 out of 10 on average -- some better, some worse). Any other recommendations? I really appreciate your input. Thanx, Dave PS: I've also got a few old Dungeons and a bunch of old Polyhedron Magazines if anyone whats to throw their two cents worth in on those as well (same condition).
#2 Elendur Sep 12, 2008 18:15:19	Check out this site, they have a list of estimated values for Dragon magazine issues. http://www.acaeum.com/ddindexes/periodicals/dragon.html They also have a forum where you can ask how much your set might fetch at auction.
#3 john_paul_stoddard Sep 14, 2008 21:56:11	Unfortunately You will never know the true value until you actually sell them. Look on ebay and watch the final prices of auctions. Myself I tend to bid on Large collections not individual items. Unfortunately I don't need copies that I already own so I would say they are worth Nothing. You might get Insurance and hope they get destroyed in a Tragic Accident:D :D Seriously their only worth what someone is willing to offer and your willing to except.
