#1 the_kirk Jul 05, 2009 16:46:18	The character builder is not adding in the additional bonus from agile tempest for level 21. I am wearing chain armor with two offhand weapons. The total bonus from the tempest class feature with the agile tempest feat is only +3 when it should be +4.
