Hi, my only access to a printer is on my pc at work. This machine isnt connected to the net in any way so doesnt have CB on it. Is there anyway I can use technical jiggery pokery to print character sheets on that machine?

your only option would be to print your character on your home PC with a PDF writer (CutePDF or any other freely available), then bring that .pdf to work and print it there.

Now, if you don't have Acrobat Reader on your work PC... then you just rolled a 1!

Sorry to prove that I rolled a 1, but can someone detail how to get it printed on my PC with a PDF writer so I can print it out at work?

Sorry for being a complete computer noob

IIRC
When printing, rather than using your default printer, select your PDF writer from your printers pull-down.

If you don't have a PDF writer, another option is to print to Microsoft Office Document Image Writer (shows up as just another printer assuming you have Office installed). Just be sure to open the resulting file in IE to display it correctly. You will likely have a little cropping at the edges.

Here is another option for a pdf distiller, and like others have said, a distiller adds itself as a new printer option for when you do file->print
