That's fine for most people (I don't personally like it) but now that we can actually export it's not a huge deal. For the Online Monster Builder on the hand, I want a lot of monsters. Ony any given night, I might have 10-15 monsterscreated that the party may encounter (I like open ended worlds so I have to be prepared for many things) so we will definitely need more than 20 slots. I assume or at least hope they will give us more than 20 but any word on how many? Also, are they going to allow us to have a folder structure? |

| #3twestermMar 22, 2011 13:05:37 | I can handle the restriction on characters in the character builder. I don't like it, but I can handle it. What I will be absolutely unacceptable is if there's a small monster limit in the monster builder. For my game I currently have about 30 different enemies ready for the next session (it's a fairly open world so I have to be ready for them to do multiple things depending on where they go) and there's on dungeon I'm planning based on Wrath of Ashardalon that will have 10-15 different enemines on its own. I really don't want to go through the trouble of importing and exporting everything just so I can have cloud storage I don't care that much about in the first place. I understand the character builder being portable, but the monster builder doesn't need to be that portable. Now if they gave me the option to save to hard drive or save to cloud and then limited to 20, that would be fine. -edit- And sweet, the new online Adventure Tools are up! Guess I'll see soon enough (and I like the gnome in the background :-p) |
