| #1Xaielao2Feb 08, 2009 14:15:57 | Got the time to listen to it now but it's not working. I'm using the latest firefox w adbock+ & noscript and even with both turned off it's just not working. If I click the link, I get a 'page can not be found'. If I download it, I get an mp3 but it's a few kb in size. Am I the only one with this issue? |
| #2jhanzurFeb 08, 2009 14:39:03 | Looks like someone named the link or file wrong, or the file isn't uploaded yet. |

If I download it, I get an mp3 but it's a few kb in size. that's the error page you get. it just saves it as .mp3 because you told firefox to save it as that. if you would open it in a text editor, or rename to .html, you could clearly see the not-found page. |
| #4asmodeusloreFeb 08, 2009 22:21:38 | The calendar says that isn't going to be available until tomorrow. I suggest trying again in 45 minutes or so. |
| #5BolongoFeb 09, 2009 1:52:28 | iTunes isn't downloading it either. It even says that the URL given for subscription isn't valid. ![]() |
| #6WotC_ChuckFeb 09, 2009 14:12:08 | Thanks to everybody for pointing this out. We have fixed the bad URL so you can download the Podcast now. The podcast is not up in ITunes yet but that is in process and should be available soon. - Chuck |

My church gets the Bible talk up quicker than you guys and we're not paid for it! How can this be? ![]() |

| #9jhanzurFeb 10, 2009 4:22:18 | I downloaded it yesterday afternoon. Use the page on wizards.com . If you still wind up having problems, trying pressing + to refresh your cache. |
| #10BolongoFeb 10, 2009 6:54:29 | I downloaded it yesterday afternoon. Yes of course I can download the file from the webpage. That isn't the issue. The issue is that iTunes subscription isn't working. The URL given for the feed is faulty. |
| #11jwalkerFeb 10, 2009 14:14:13 | Url is still invalid; I know this happened at least once before. How hard can it be to post a podcast to iTunes? I have dozens of them, created by regular people, that never have a problem. Stuff like this isn't going to inspire confidence in the digital initiative. ![]() |

You assume that WOTC digital offerings have any credibility! :D Seriously though, podding to iTunes isn't hard. A company the size of WOTC should have at least one employee capable of fixing this. THey could ask that Dave Noonan guy. He was pretty good at podcasting. I think that they may be overextended at the moment, but removing one of the high-profile public access points to your product doesn't sound like a great idea to me. ![]() |
| #13mudbunnyFeb 10, 2009 14:55:20 | I have poked WotC CS to let them know. |
| #14BolongoFeb 10, 2009 16:49:53 | It's fixed now. Episode 31 still has the wrong date, though. Just to complain about something. ;) |
| #15WotC_BartFeb 10, 2009 19:09:37 | Yes, episode should now be fixed in iTunes. Next episode we look at skill challenges, so as mentioned at the end of this episode, if you have any questions on this topic, please send them our way to dndinsider@wizards.com. Thanks! |
