#1 barinax Nov 03, 2009 11:24:54	I was trying to sign up for the RPGA, but that link gives a "A technical error has occurred. Please close your browser and try again." message.  When I click "E-mail us" to report it, I get the same response. Is anyone else seeing this? Thanks in advance, Tony
