Anyone know when we'll see an Amazon Kindle version?

I was considering getting an Amazon Kindle eBook Reader but many of the books I was hoping to get for the kindle are not available. It's only one publisher holding me back, Wizards. Mostly for reading but I'd also like to get my gaming books too.

Having the ability to carry ALL of my D&D books to my friends house for gaming in notepad sized electronic book reader that's less hassle than a notebook PC has WIN written all over it. This just screams the way to go to me. Has anyone heard any word weather or wizards will enter the 21st century?

Or are they teaming up with the RIAA?

There hasn't been any word on this, however - since WotC dropped PDF support, they've said they are looking into other digital delivery options.

It is certainly possible that Kindle is one option they'd be looking at.

Actually there has in the GSL forum. The kindle apparently doesn't handle graphics and complex layouts very well so WoTC had decided not to actively support the current generation of devices IIRC.

I do hope WoTC reverse their policy of not selling PDFs.

I stand corrected - thanks for the update.

Hmmm... What about the Novels? This just makes no sense.
Oh well, They loose and I loose 'cause they wont take my money. Morons.
