May 05, 2009 7:40:18 Is it possible to apply templates (such as the draconic creature template from draconomicon) using the character builder? I've a need to apply this for a specific character, but can find no method of adding it. Thanks.

May 05, 2009 8:53:18 The character builder is currently only for making PCs. Templates can only apply to monsters and NPCs so the answer is no.

May 05, 2009 12:32:15 Blowfish is correct. Templates are NPC and Monster only. So you will never see them in the Character Builder.
