Curious what’s taking place in Dragon and Dungeon for the month of April? You should be!
The table of contents pages have now been posted! Be sure to check them out for this month’s forthcoming content.

Dragon: This month sees “Sky Frog and Friends,” “The Cannith Colossus,” “Thingamajigs of the Barrier Peaks,” and much more, in Dragon 410.

Dungeon: Includes such adventures and scenarios as “Greyhawk 2023,” “Mordenkainen’s Futuristic Adventure,” and “Last Voyage of the Princess Arc,” in Dungeon 201.

Apr 01, 2012 5:01:23 I am very, very mad that all of this is just an April Fool's joke, because this stuff sounds awesome. Playable dinosaurs? Warforged Megazord? Sexy werewolves? Futuristic alien weaponry? Dragon-cyborgs? Alien abductions? I WANT THIS FOR REAL!

Apr 01, 2012 11:21:31 Well, since they're also "opening up the submissions process" you could always volunteer to write those articles that the original authors apparently never finished... ;)

(I wouldn't mind seeing some/most/all of these, either!)

Apr 01, 2012 13:29:47 I love this time of the year. The really entertaining part about RPG april fools is all of the crazy nerd rage that inevitably poors out into the forums until people realize it's just a joke. I quite enjoy reading the rants, it warms up my day quite nicely.

Apr 01, 2012 14:57:13 The return of Wormy, written by none other than the Tramp. He left the business decades ago though. This is a cruel joke. There's been no hub-bub (not that I've seen), and it is April Fool's, so . . . ;)

Apr 01, 2012 17:29:55 Yeah I am more then a little annoyed at this years April fool's day jokes. Normally I like them but the saurial artical sounds real, and the Barrier peaks description sounds real too....It just bugs me because people want those things in the game. *sigh* maybe I'll get it in D&D next.

Of course, the submission article did say that Dragonlance articles are something they're looking for.

Maybe someone will be good enough to write up some DL character themes.

Heroes of The Lance, perhaps.

Apr 02, 2012 8:21:58 Well the real content is up and we lost saurials but kept ray guns and werewolves?!? I'm happy we are geting both but I really wanted saurials (though I am happy we are geting ray guns at least!)
