#1 Plulop Apr 12, 2010 3:48:47	As stated. The case in point is a Paladin|Warlock who takes Arcane Implement Proficiency (Heavy Blades).  The blades are used correctly as implements for Warlock powers, but not used for Paladin implement powers. I haven't tested other combinations.
#2 salla Apr 12, 2010 4:16:09	From the Compendium, regarding AIP: Benefit: Choose a kind of implement associated with any arcane class. You can use that kind of implement with your arcane powers. It specifies that it only works with arcane powers.  The feat is functioning properly.
