Arcane Implements not showing in Character Sheet - Off-Hand Property??

My sorcerer's power cards don't have the damage for the dagger shown on them anymore - I notice on the orange item cards on the character sheet that my dagger shows up as "off-hand" in the item slot.


However in the actual character, the dagger is selected in the main hand on the equip page.


This is a new behavior that just started with the October release.


As a workaround if I manually right-click on EACH power I can select the dagger, but that's a real pain.  Especially as I level up and have a ton of powers to manually select; it used to do this automatically.  Again, all daggers now show up in the character sheet as "off-hand" in the slot.  This was NOT the behavior prior to October release.
