The feature, Spellsword Perfection, from the Arcane Sword epic destiny allows a PC to change an encounter power to an at-will. There's a selector, and that's all fine and dandy, but on the character sheet, it still displays as encounter. Additionally, it does not appear on the list of options for feats applying to at-will powers, such as quickened spellcasting. I'm currently working around it by keeping my own notes, but it is something I would like to see fixed.
