Ardent Light Shield

Apr 24, 2010 13:13:36		I can't get an Ardent I'm building to take the Light Shield Proficiency feat without houseruling it, even though he meets the prerequisites.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.  It seems that as long as I have a strength of 13, the light shield proficiency appears from me.  Can you give me any more repro steps?
