Are you unhappy with DDI, Then Look Here!!

Nov 03, 2010 7:29:48 If you are unhappy with the new direction that DDI is taking, then theres only one thing to do. Cancel your DDI subscription.

1)On the bottom of the main page there is a series of links one of which is; DDI my account. Click this link.
2) The page your sent to is your account information. Click the link labeled; manage DDI account.
3) You will be taken to a page with a box labled; quick order look up. Fill in the required information.
4) The page you are taken to is your "receipt" of last payment. On the bottom of this page are buttons for either canceling auto renewal on your card, or cancellation of your subscription.

If you are on a yearly cycle and are just a few months into your sub, Call WotC Customer service and demand that you be refunded your unused portion of your subscription and imidiate termination of your DDI account.

Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time, and also on weekends from 10 am to 4 pm Pacific Time:
US/Canada: (800) 324-6496
Other countries: 001 (425) 204-8069

The only way WotC will get the message is through their pocket books. Tell them we are done being a cash cow and we want REAL tools and REAL change.

I disagree. There's many more ways to get the message across. Most of those would make you end up in jail though. Besides, they're morally questionable.

Also, the thread title should read: "How to cancel your DDI subscription."

I feel tricked in many ways by this thread.

Don't worry Sijal will be releasing a new topic in two weeks that is only available online with the promised updates.

This is the truth. I roll my eyes every time I see people signing a 'petition'. WotC doesn't care about your petitions. They care about your subscription. If you are genuinely upset, cancel it and send them an email explaining why.
