I have a Barbarian/Sorceror hybrid with Leather Armor Proficiency.  I took Sorcerous Power Strength.  My Strength is 18 (+4).  When I wear Leather armor, my AC should be 16.  THe CB says it's 12.  Antbody know why.

The character (for reference):

your clipboard says 16 ac.

Where in the CB does it say 12ac? If you open the character sheet and then make changes to the char, sometimes it doesn't update the sheet.

Also, always double check that you are wearing said armor/item's and havn't just purchased them.

Finally, its a nice build. But why did you go leather armor prof? If you take Hybrid Talent(Barb. Armored Agility) you can wear Hide armor(which allows you to get Hide Expertise[if you raise con to 15 anyways] to use your con or int instead of dex) as well as Barbarian Agility, which would increase your AC to 18 at lvl 1.

Just a thought.

Good point on the feat choice.  I wanted to make character that was conceptually Thor, focusing on thinder related powers, so I went with a Sorceror/Barbarian, where I can learn Mordenkrad proficiency at higher levels.

Oddly enough, It wasn't working when I looked at the summary on the left, where it was giving me a 12 AC.  Now, after taking Armored Agility (even though I noticed it was working fine when I opened CB), I have an AC 18 (+4 ability mod, +3 Hide armor, and +1 from Barbrian agility).  Weird.

In case you wanted to see the updated build, here it is:

I'd probably wait until I leveled to the point where I was rocking a 15 Con before taking Hide Expertise, anyway.

looks like a very fun build.

Mordenkrad is an awesome choice of weapon. Just be aware that if you plan on playing the char to higher lvls, that Hammer Rythm(Con damage on a miss, Paragon feat) and Bludgeoning mastery(19-20 crit, epic feat) both require high con(17 for Rythm, 19 for Mastery), so if you decide to go with hammer base and low con, you will be slightly behind avg damage. Not too big of an issue though. Especially since you wont notice it for a long time.

I do suggest sitting with a greatsword or similar until you can get prof/expertise in one go, since that extra +1 prof will be a big miss the first few levels.

Best of luck with the char!
